Once again, Kitsap Stampede enjoyed the Xtreme Bulls event in our Thunderbird arena. The winner this year is Jarod Hooten - broken jaw and all! What a trooper! Jarod took a week off, and came out to ride this event. OUCH! Tougher than I am, that's for sure!

Well kiddie troopers, at the Xtreme Bulls on Sunday, we didn't have rodeo queens in the arena. Darn... SO, I bring you the next best thing! Lots of bull riding action!

Hat's off to pickup men!I enjoy watching the pickup men work. Sunday was a little quieter for them than the earlier days of this past week's rodeo. Their skills are amazing. I always felt they were under appreciated as athletes. This is NOT an easy job - or one for the faint of heart. You gotta be all cowboy to be a pickup man.
